A customer approached Chicago Metal Fabricators to laser cut 15 steel end sheets per month. Utilizing a Whitney 6000 watt plate laser, we laser cut the ½” thick and 108″ in diameter end sheets while holding tightest tolerances of ±.030″ throughout production.
The 1,300 lbs, A572-Gr 50 steel end sheets met ISO 9001-2015 specifications and were delivered in 7-10 days.
