Robotic Welding and Press Brakes for Lights-Out Automation
For lights-out automation and high volume forming and production runs, our facility is equipped with welding robots and a 440 ton by 12-foot robotic LVD press brake. Our robotic welding station also includes a 35-ft servo track and positioner with a 10-ft robot reach. Robotic automation welders and press brakes provide enhanced productivity with maximum efficiency, by automating repetitive tasks, resulting in consistent, high precision accuracy and repeatability.
Our large format and high production lasers include automatic material handling loaders and unloaders that optimize laser cutting operations by minimizing downtime between sheets and enabling safe, continuous operation for increased productivity and reduced labor costs.
