Offering a broad range of contract manufacturing services, and specializing in light and heavy components from 20-gauge up to 7-inch plate, Chicago Metal Fabricators is a true one stop shop for metal fabrication solutions in the United States. We work with a diverse range of materials including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, abrasion-resistant AR400, HSLA/Domex, and many more.

Our expansive operations include three locations which are fully integrated and ISO 9001:2015 certified–two heavy metal facilities with over 250,000 sq-ft in Chicago, and a 60,000 sq-ft light gauge facility in Elk Grove Village, IL, offering full-service capabilities from reverse engineering and prototyping to mass production and assembly.
